Texas Executive Transportation (TET) provides private chauffeur service and executive ground transportation across Texas and select U.S. markets. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through our website and reservation process, how we use it, and the choices you have. 02Information We Collect

We collect only the information needed to coordinate your transportation:

• Contact details — name, email address, and mobile/WhatsApp number.
• Trip details — service type, dates, times, pickup and drop-off locations, passenger count, flight or tail number, and any preferences or special requests you share.
• Payment confirmation data — payments are processed through secure third-party payment links; we do not store your full card number on our systems.

Our booking form transmits your request directly to our operations team via WhatsApp or email — an action you initiate. We do not require account creation.

03How We Use Your Information

• To confirm availability, assign your vehicle and chauffeur, and operate your trip.
• To communicate with you about reservations, changes, confirmations, and receipts.
• To prepare the vehicle according to your stated preferences (beverages, accessibility, child seats).
• To meet legal, safety, insurance, and accounting obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not use your data for third-party advertising.

04Who We Share It With

Your information is shared only with the people and providers required to deliver the service: the assigned chauffeur (name, pickup details, itinerary), our payment processor for billing, and — where applicable — airport or FBO coordinators to receive you. All parties are bound to use this information solely for your trip.

05Data Retention & Security

We retain reservation records for as long as needed for operational, accounting, insurance, and legal purposes, and then delete or anonymize them. Access to client information is limited to authorized TET personnel. Given our clientele, discretion is a core operating principle: itineraries and client identities are treated as confidential.

06Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by writing to tet.logistics@txtra.vip. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe consistent with applicable U.S. and Texas law. You may also opt out of non-essential communications.

07Children

Our services are contracted by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children; passenger details for minors (e.g., child safety seats) are provided by the responsible adult solely to operate the trip.

08Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date below reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be posted on this page.
