Terms of Service

Texas Executive Transportation · Effective date: July 13, 2026

01The Service

Texas Executive Transportation (“TET”) provides private chauffeur-driven ground transportation — airport transfers, private aviation / FBO coordination, hourly chauffeur service, executive intercity transfers, corporate transportation, and event logistics — across Texas and select U.S. markets. By requesting a reservation you accept these Terms.

02Reservations & Confirmation

Requests submitted through this website, WhatsApp, or email are not confirmed until personally verified by our team, who will validate availability, vehicle, and pricing. A reservation exists only once TET issues a confirmation.

03Rates & Payment

  • Rates are quoted per trip based on distance, vehicle category, schedule, and service type, plus applicable gratuity and administrative fees disclosed at confirmation.
  • Payment is due in full (100%) at the time of reservation, by credit card through a secure payment link.
  • Events and group services require a 50% deposit at reservation, with the balance due before the service date.
  • Hourly chauffeur service has a 3-hour minimum.
  • Tolls, parking, airport fees, and extended wait time may be added when applicable.

04Cancellations & Changes

  • 24 hours or more before pickup — full refund, minus payment-processing fees.
  • Less than 24 hours — up to 50% of the trip total may be charged.
  • Less than 6 hours or no-show — 100% of the trip total is charged.
  • Events, groups, and Sprinter services — cancellations require 72 hours' notice; deposits are non-refundable within that window.
  • Schedule or route changes are accommodated when availability allows and may adjust the rate.

05Wait Times & No-Shows

Standard pickups include a 15-minute grace period; airport and FBO pickups include 60 minutes from actual landing time (we track your flight or tail number). Additional waiting is billed at the applicable hourly rate. A passenger who cannot be reached after the grace period may be treated as a no-show.

06Passenger Conduct & Care of Vehicle

Passengers agree to treat the vehicle and chauffeur with respect. Smoking and illegal substances are prohibited. Damage beyond normal wear, or conditions requiring deep cleaning, will incur a repair or detailing fee. The chauffeur may decline or end a trip — without refund — if passenger conduct compromises safety or legality.

07Luggage & Personal Items

Luggage capacity depends on the vehicle category shown on this site. TET is not responsible for items left in the vehicle, though we will make every reasonable effort to recover and return them.

08Safety, Delays & Force Majeure

Chauffeurs follow all traffic laws; routes and timing may be adjusted for safety. TET is not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, flight changes, road closures, or other events beyond its reasonable control, though we will always attempt to accommodate.

09Liability

TET maintains the commercial liability insurance required by the states where it operates. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TET's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the trip that gave rise to the claim.

10Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Williamson County, Texas.

11Changes to These Terms

TET may update these Terms; the version published at the time of your reservation applies to that reservation.
